Update On New Chant-This Is...Death Valley

By Scott Rhymer

Just a brief update on the new chant the student section is asking for help with this weekend and next.

The students will begin the chant by yelling, "This is!"  The remainder of the stadium (North Stands, South Stands, and West Enzone) will respond by yelling "Death Valley".  The student section will be the only ones saying, "This is" so that the "Death Valley" response will be as loud as possible.

This will be repeated multiple times similar to what we currently do with the South Stands yelling "Clemson" and the North Stands yelling "Tigers".

On the Tiger Pregame Show Saturday, we are scheduled to speak with members of the student body that are working on the chant and they will provide updates and reminders to Clemson fans that will be in Death Valley on Saturday.

The Tiger Pregame Show, driven by D&D Ford, will broadcast live Saturday from The Lawn At Littlejohn this Saturday from 9:30-12:30 on WCCP 104.9 FM and

Former Tiger Willy Korn and WCCP host Roy Philpott will join Scott Rhymer for our 127th consecutive broadcast live on location where the Tigers play.

We have interviews with Dabo Swinney, Chad Morris, Brent Venables, Dalton Freeman, Brandon Ford, Adam Humphries, and Corey Crawford to set the scene for the final ACC game of the year.

Will Vandervort will once again provide interviews for the Tiger Pregame Show, allowing fans to hear exactly what the players and coaches are thinking about the upcoming game.

You can listen to the Tiger Pregame Show, driven by D&D Ford, on WCCP 104.9 FM in the upstate of South Carolina.

You can also download the WCCP App or the Tune In App, both of which are free and will allow you to stream WCCP 104.9 FM on your Iphone, Blackberry, and Droid phones from anywhere in the world, including when you are walking around looking at homecoming floats!
