Antuan Edwards Lettered In 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998

Edwards attended Starkville High School in Mississippi, where he played quarterback, safety, and running back before signing with Clemson in 1995.

Edwards was named All-American as a safety in his senior year. Edwards started 33 games in his career at Clemson, recording a total of 219 tackles and 8 interceptions.

During his senior year, Edwards was a first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference and was a finalist for the Jim Thorpe award.

Edwards was selected in the first round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers, the first of three consecutive defensive backs the Packers would take in that draft; the others being Fred Vinson and Mike McKenzie.
